- This Fee is not included any spare parts fee. After inspection, we will quote you the final spare parts fee.
Terms & Conditions
1) Parts replacment service within manufacturer’s warranty / extended warranty period does not cover consumable, wearable and/or non-functional parts and/or accessories. If such additional parts need to be replaced on-site, both the cost of the replaced parts and the on-site inspection service fee will be charged.
2) Within warranty period, appliance's fault/damage caused by abnormal environmental conditions or resulted from inappropriate operating conditions or coming into contact with unsuitable substances or even by lack of care and maintenance / misuse / inappropriate use / non-compliance with safety regulations and warnings given in the operating instructions , the repair fee would not be covered by the company. In such case, additional charge(s) is / are required e.g. standard labour fee HKD 300
3) An extra fee of HK$300 would be charged for any onsite inspection service at outlying islands. (excludes Discovery Bay, Ma Wan and Tung Chung areas)
4) Customers shall pay the onsite inspection fee even the product cannot be successfully repaired.
5) Inspection Fee is an one time basis, if the customer has confirmed the scheduled visiting time, for whatever reasons customer missed the appointment and our technician has visited the site, customer need book again the time and pay again one time visit fee $680
6)A round-trip transportation costs HK$500 For transportation service on outlying islands or remote areas (excludes Ma Wan and Tung Chung) , customers will be liable for transporting the appliances to and from the service center of Elica for inspection and/or repair. The above service tariff applies to Hong Kong SAR only.
Parts replacement & service fee
After inspection the appliances, Technician will suggest or recommend to change the suspected problematic or damaged parts, customer having agreed and consent the changing parts, service cost recommendation and paid the parts and service cost. Technician will change the parts in the same visit if parts are available, if parts need order or not available when technician visit, customer need pay additional technician visit service charge of $680 for every visit.
Customer agreed and paid to order the parts however at last the order parts did not change the parts for whatever reasons, the said parts will give back to customer for retention and said parts and service payment will not refund to customer.
