什麼是 PVD?

物理氣相沉積（英語：Physical vapor deposition，PVD）是一種工業製造上的工藝，是主要利用物理過程來沉積薄膜的技術，即真空鍍膜(蒸鍍)，多用在切削工具與各種模具的表面處理，以及半導體裝置的製作工藝上。 和化學氣相沉積相比，物理氣相沉積適用範圍廣泛，幾乎所有材料的薄膜都可以用物理氣相沉積來製備，但是薄膜厚度的均勻性是物理氣相沉積中的一個問題。
